Shankar has a remarkable track record of advising clients in matters pertaining to disputes arising out of corporate and commercial transactions, Pre litigation and Dispute advisory, Commercial and Civil matters, Drafting (contracts, legal notices and replies). His Clients look forward to his innovative and strategic inputs combining commercial and legal knowledge to optimize their strategy. He also takes part in discussing the cases with Directors and Officers in relation to civil and criminal liability exposure arising due to breach or in course of fulfilling their corporate responsibilities.

He has a bachelor’s degree in Commerce and Law from Mumbai University. He has also worked in matters related to Intellectual Property Law involving registration of Trade Marks and filing application and opposing them.

After the advent of Real Estate Regulation Act (RERA) and inclusion of home buyers as financial creditors in the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), Shankar has assisted and represented both the individual home buyers and real estate firms in National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) and also advises real estate firms in RERA approval and compliances and other local laws.
